Description: This property is primarily gently rolling but does include ledge dominated steeper slopes, along the Seal Point Road at the north and south ends of the lot. These steeper slopes also occur near the center of the lot and to the northwest.
Key Features: In 1993, Doug and Bev Coleman participated in Maine’s Stewardship Incentive Program and shared the cost of constructing trails throughout the property. Currently there exists over a mile of quality hiking trails open to the public.
